For the Love of Pets was a fundraiser organized and ran by Alexandra Whitbeck as the fundraising coordinator for the Barnwell County Animal Shelter.
Partnering businesses sold paper hearts for $1, with some matching total proceeds, to send a heart from your pet to a shelter pet.
Total proceeds raised: $2,000

Fill the paw social media fundraiser
This social media fundraiser totaled $370 to support the needs of the Barnwell County Animal Shelter. This fundraiser was promoted via Facebook, and updated followers weekly on the progress. Each donation would fill in a portion of the paw.
